Take 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt because of the betting value, there's a slim chance that WWE wants to surprise fans and finally do the right and a championship changing hands at WWE Crown Jewel. The upcoming Crown Jewel pay per view is only a few hours away and betting odds for the fourth WWE show in Saudi Arabia have been released. BetOnline has released betting odds for tomorrow's WWE Crown Jewel event, which shows that all champions are expected to retain their titles. You can see the odds below: WWE – Crown Jewel. On November 2nd, the WWE will hold their controversial Crown Jewel event from the King Saud University Stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This event has been met with a great deal of backlash and protest due to the murder of U.S. citizen Jamal Khashoggi. People from U.S. Senators to fans and businesses have been calling for the WWE to cancel or suspend this event. Unfortunately, the WWE has decided to go through with it despite the PR backlash that it's brought on.
For those looking to jump straight into the betting action for the Crown Jewel, here are the top sites we recommend:
Furthermore, two of the WWE's biggest stars John Cena and Daniel Bryan refused to go to Saudi Arabia, which forced the WWE to remove them from the show. Cena was originally scheduled to participate in the World Cup tournament and Bryan was originally scheduled to face AJ Styles for the WWE title. The WWE replaced Cena with Bobby Lashley and Bryan with Samoa Joe.
WWE's on-air handling of the controversial event has been to erase all mentioning of the name Saudi Arabia, but they have continued to build it up as a super show. Crown Jewel will air live on the WWE Network at 12 PM ET. There's a Kickoff Show beginning at 11 AM ET.
Since the show will go on, so will my betting analysis and match predictions. The following betting odds are courtesy of Betway:
WWE SmackDown Tag Title Match
The Bar (-303) vs The New Day (+225)
At first, it was kind of cool seeing The Big Show put with The Bar. But, the initial excitement has worn off as it now feels like an odd pairing. Furthermore, it hasn't done that much for the feud against New Day other than evening up the odds in terms of 3-on-3. With that said, I do expect Big Show to play a big part in this match. Most notably, The Big Show will probably interfere and help The Bar win the match.
The only way to make this storyline palatable moving forward is to have this trio become a destructive force. If the WWE makes them the equivalent of New Day as a comedy routine then this is another epic fail. As for this match, The Bar is a big favorite for a reason and I expect them to retain the title. But, don't forget, the WWE has crowned new tag-team champs at an international event before. So, there is a small chance that New Day can win.
WWE Legends Tag-Team Match
DX (-153) vs Brothers of Destruction (+110)
The buzz is over Shawn Michaels returning to in-ring action as he wrestles his first match for the first time since 2010, according to WWE.com. This tag match was the result of the fallout from WWE's Australia show last month. In that match, HHH defeated The Undertaker. In this match, HHH and HBK are the favorites, but I think the Brothers of Destruction are going to come away with the win.
Rumor has it that HBK and Undertaker might have a single's match at Survivor Series. If that's the case, then I can't see DX winning this match since they technically got the win last month.
Initially, the WWE Universe was excited over the return of all 4 legends. Unfortunately, WWE fans have been expressing more frustrations about this match on Social Media and so-called pundits are bashing it as overkill.
For me, I think this is the perfect match for a throwaway show like Crown Jewel. It's 4 legends stepping into the ring one more time to put on a match that shouldn't have a great deal of expectations. In other words, they should entertain those who watch it on WWE Network.
WWE World Title Match
AJ Styles (-833) vs Samoa Joe (+450)
On SmackDown this week, Styles defeated Daniel Bryan in a match on live television. Afterward, Samoa Joe came out and attacked both wrestlers. This was WWE's way of handling Daniel Bryan's refusal to work the Crown Jewel event. The WWE decided that it was best to have Bryan lose to Styles and then get beat up afterward.
This is a perfect example of how the WWE has no clue what they're doing with long term booking. There should've been no reason why these two wrestled on live television. It's a matchup that fans would wait for on any PPV.
With Samoa Joe back in the main event picture, it would be shocking if he won at Crown Jewel. With that said, I don't expect it to happen. That would be punishing AJ Styles and the champ doesn't deserve that. If anything, these two will put on another great match and Styles will leave the event with the belt.
As much as I like Samoa Joe, it's just not his time to be champ yet.
WWE Universal Championship Match
Brock Lesnar (+225) vs Braun Strowman (-333)
This match is taking place because of the departure of Roman Reigns due to his battle with Leukemia. Reigns gave an emotional promo on the October 22nd episode of RAW that left everyone speechless. With that said, the WWE had to strip Roman of the Universal Title and decided to make this match for Crown Jewel. RAW needs a new champ and these two men are the top stars to hold the belt.
Strowman is arguably the top guy on RAW when Lesnar isn't there. He's the most 'over' wrestler on the main event level and he's more than deserving of the belt. In fact, if the WWE doesn't put the belt on Strowman now, they run the risk of damaging his gimmick and standing with the WWE Universe.
I'm a huge fan of Brock, but it's best for business right now to put the belt on Strowman and have a rematch between the two at Royal Rumble or WrestleMania. Lesnar needs to keep focused on his UFC return.
WWE World Cup Tournament
WWE's World Cup Tournament was ultimately designed so Saudi Arabia could say they had a 'World Cup.' However, despite the silliness of it all, there is some intrigue as to who will win this tournament and some interesting matchups. The following tournament odds are courtesy of Betway:
Tournament Betting Odds
- The Miz (+150)
- Seth Rollins (+200)
- Rey Mysterio (+400)
- Randy Orton (+800)
- Bobby Lashley (+1000)
- Kurt Angle (+1000)
- Dolph Ziggler (+2000)
- Jeff Hardy (+3300)
Opening Round Matches
The following matches have been confirmed for the opening round of the World Cup tournament:
Bobby Lashley (+350) vs Seth Rollins (-625)
Rollins is a huge favorite in this match, but I believe Lashley needs the win more. In fact, the WWE already has an 'out' for this match as they could have Dean Ambrose interfere and cost Rollins the win. Out of all the competitors in the tournament, Lashley is the one who needs the win the most. As for this match, I'm going with the big upset here and taking Lashley.
Jeff Hardy (+400) vs The Miz (-714)
Would anyone be surprised if The Miz was the tournament winner? He's pretty much accomplished just about everything else. Additionally, he's a talent that deserves the win. Unfortunately, I don't see him winning the tournament. However, I do see The Miz being able to eliminate Jeff Hardy and move on to the next round.
Kurt Angle (-500) vs Dolph Ziggler (+333)
The WWE has been building up Kurt Angle as a possible winner. In this field of 8, he certainly is the most decorated wrestler and the most esteemed. But, I don't see that being enough for Kurt to win it all. However, I do see him defeating Ziggler and making a run to the finals.
Rey Mysterio (-250) vs Randy Orton (+175)
This match can go either way. But, I believe the WWE will give it to Mysterio and continue to push him on this show and SmackDown. I think this matchup is underrated and these two longtime professionals should put on a good match. Orton certainly could earn the win here, but it seems like the return of Mysterio was meant for bigger things and this is one of those things.
World Cup Tournament Winner
In the semi-finals, I see Lashley and Angle having a fantastic encounter on the RAW side. On the SmackDown side, I see The Miz and Rey Mysterio also having a great match. I believe that Kurt Angle will come away with the win and so will Mysterio. In the Finals, Mysterio vs Angle should be a lot of fun. However, I have to go with Mysterio in this one as much as I want to see Angle win. I just can't imagine Angle winning the tournament and wearing the American flag while in Saudi Arabia.
Crown Jewel Betting Value
Looking over the matches and the odds, I believe the best betting value of the event comes in the World Cup tournament. In particular, I really like the odds that Kurt Angle (+1000) and Rye Mysterio (+400) are getting. I've picked these two men to be in the final match to determine the winner.
Crown Jewel Upsets
In my opinion, there are a few potential upsets that are worth monitoring and/or taking a flier on. The New Day (+225) could easily defeat The Bar as the match is closer than what oddsmakers believe. Additionally, Brock Lesnar could easily end up becoming the Universal Champion again. His +225 odds are nice considering that Lesnar is the biggest star on RAW. Lastly, Bobby Lashley over Seth Rollins in the opening round of the World Cup tournament is my pick for the biggest upset of the night.
WWE Crown Jewel Final Thoughts
As disgusted as I am with the WWE for not canceling this show, I do feel that the wrestlers on the card will put on an entertaining event. I'm intrigued with some of the tournament matchups and hope that these matches get enough time. Also, any time you put Samoa Joe and AJ Styles together in a match, I'm going to watch. These are two great workers who have incredible chemistry in the ring.
I'm going to do my best not to pay attention to all of the Saudi Arabia propaganda, but I clearly wish that the WWE would have canceled this event.
Crown Jewel Betting Recap
- The Bar (-303)
- The Brothers of Destruction (+110)
- AJ Styles (-833)
- Braun Strowman (-333)
- World Cup Winner: Rey Mysterio (+400)
On Thursday, October 31st, the WWE will be live from King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for Crown Jewel. This Network event is part of WWE's partnership with Saudi Arabia and it's loaded with matches that give it a big PPV feel.
In addition to Brock Lesnar defending his WWE title against Cain Velasquez and Seth Rollins defending his Universal belt against The Fiend, there are plenty of other exciting matches on the card like Tyson Fury vs Braun Strowman and Team Hogan vs Team Flair.
The event will begin at 12 PM ET with a one hour Kickoff show. The main card is set to begin at 1 PM ET and both segments will stream live on the WWE Network.
Bookies that cover the WWE have released odds on this highly publicized Crown Jewel event. Without further delay, let's walk that aisle, step through the ropes, climb to the top turnbuckle, and take a flying headbutt onto these odds.

20 Man Battle Royal for Shot at U.S. Title
- Buddy Murphy (+200)
- Cedric Alexander (+200)
- Humberto Carrillo (+200)
- Andrade (+325)
- Chad Gable (+434)
- The Miz (+434)
- Apollo Crews (+1000)
- R-Truth (+1000)
- Erick Rowan (+1500)
- Jinder Mahal (+1500)
- Mojo Rawley (+1500)
- Titus O'Neil (+2000)
- Drew Gulak (+2500)
- Elias (+2500)
- Shelton Benjamin (+2500)
- Luke Harper (+4000)
- Akira Tozawa (+5000)
- Drake Maverick (+5000)
- EC3 (+5000)
This battle royal is all over the place in regards to who will win, who should win, and betting odds for each participant. I expect these odds to shift as we get closer to the event. Of the participants, I believe the following have the best chances at winning:
- Buddy Murphy (+200)
- Cedric Alexander (+200)
- Humberto Carrillo (+200)
- Andrade (+325)
- Chad Gable (+434)
On the recent episode of RAW, Carrillo and Styles had a run-in. So, he easily could win this battle royal to keep that feud going. Speaking of feuds, Styles and Alexander battled for a few months. Murphy, Gable and Andrade would all make for exciting matches with Styles.
As much as I would like to see Rowan and Harper win this battle royal, especially Harper, it's not going to happen. A 'heel vs heel' match between Murphy or Andrade and Styles seems unlikely also.
More than likely, the winner is going to be Carrillo or Shorty G (Chad Gable). I can see each man having a great match with Styles. However, with how the stars are lining up for Carrillo and his big matches over the last few weeks on RAW, I believe he will win this battle royal.
Battle Royal Prop Bets
Here are few prop bets if you aren't feeling confident in any of the betting options above:
Which brand wins the battle royal?
- RAW (-400)
- SmackDown (+250)
Since my pick is Carrillo, and the fact that the U.S. title is on RAW, the smart play here is to take the RAW betting option at -400 odds. I don't see the WWE moving the belt over to SmackDown since the Intercontinental title is over there. My predicted winner of the battle royal is Carrillo and he's firmly positioned as a rising star on the red show.
What's the nationality of the winner?
Crown Jewel Betting Odds Florida
- USA (+140)
- Other (-200)
Three of the five betting favorites fall into the 'Other' betting option as Carrillo and Andrade are from Mexico, while Murphy is from Australia. Chad Gable and Cedrick Alexander are from the United States. I'm picking Carrillo to win, so for this prop bet go with the 'Other' option at -200 odds.
STILL TO COME: @humberto_wwe looks to seize another opportunity as he takes on #USChampion@AJStylesOrg LIVE TONIGHT on #RAW! pic.twitter.com/La1pnqe4oo
— WWE (@WWE) October 29, 2019
United States Title Match
The winner of the battle royal gets a U.S. title shot at Crown Jewel against the current champion AJ Styles.
Will A.J. Styles retain the U.S. title?
- Yes (-294)
- No (+200)
I believe the WWE is going to continue the feud between Humberto Carrillo and AJ Styles that started on RAW this week. However, since Carrillo is competing in a battle royal, I believe the WWE will use that as the reason why he loses to Styles at Crown Jewel.
Their feud should continue into Survivor Series where Carrillo could possibly win the belt. But, for this WWE wager, take the Yes option even though there's no betting value.
Singles Match
- Mansoor (-1428)
- Cesaro (+600)
In June, Mansoor won the 50-man battle royal at SuperShowdown and sent his fellow countrymen into a frenzy as they all celebrated the win. During his run to victory, Mansoor eliminated Cesaro in the battle royal.
This match is Cesaro's chance for revenge. However, as the odds have shown, there's very little belief that Cesaro will win. This singles bout is all about Cesaro making Mansoor look like a world champion and giving the local fans something to really cheer about.
I expect this to be a good match because Cesaro is an excellent worker, but his main goal is to lead Mansoor to victory in an entertaining contest.
How long will the match last?
- Over 9 minutes (-200)
- Under 9 minutes (+140)
I see this match going 10 minutes or longer due to Mansoor being in it. If it's too short then the fans will feel ripped off. Cesaro will need at least 10 minutes to put over Mansoor while getting in some of his own spots as well.

Team Flair vs Team Hogan 5-on-5 Match
- Team Hogan (-500)
- Team Flair (+300)
Team Hogan members: Roman Reigns (captain), Rusev, Ricochet, Ali and Shorty G.
Team Flair members: Randy Orton (captain), King Corbin, Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre, and Shinsuke Nakamura.
On the surface, Team Flair has the better squad. They're loaded with former champs and some legit tough guys. Yet, this is the WWE we're talking about and Team Hogan does have Roman Reigns who's the superman of the WWE roster.
It's hard to imagine that Reigns won't lead his team to victory. With that said, I wish the WWE would have the courage to put over Team Flair and all of these top heels. It would certainly give them more to work with in the storylines than an empty royalty reign, an affair, and directionless feuds.
In the end, I wouldn't be surprised if Hulk Hogan somehow helps his team win as he stands tall in the ring with Roman Reigns to close out this segment.
Who will get the win for their team?
- Roman Reigns (-294)
- Any other Team Hogan member (+195)
- Any Team Flair member (+300)
As mentioned above, I can see this match and segment of the show ending with Hulk Hogan and Roman Reigns standing tall in the middle of the ring. As much as I would like to see Team Flair get the victory, it's not going to happen.
This match is all about getting over the members of Team Hogan and 'The Hulkster' himself. Who, actually wants to have one last match in the ring and fight Vince McMahon at WrestleMania. What better way to tease this then by planting the seeds of Hogan's possible return at Crown Jewel?
Reigns will spear his way to the winning pinfall.
Who will get pinned and lose the match?
- Baron Corbin (+170)
- Any other Team Flair member (-250)
- Any Team Hogan member (+300)
This is a tough call, but Baron Corbin getting pinned seems to make sense with what the WWE is doing with him. The so-called King of the Ring has been a prop for other wrestlers to get over with. Let's not forget how he was used on the first SmackDown of the new FOX TV era. The Rock and Becky Lynch made him their whipping boy.
McIntyre has just returned, Nakamura is the IC champ, Orton won't go for taking the pinfall, and Lashley is involved in a love triangle that makes no sense to have him lose this match for Team Flair. Ultimately, Corbin will be the sacrificial lamb.
Tag Team Turmoil World Cup Best Tag Team In The World Match
- The New Day (+105)
- Viking Raiders (+200)
- The Revival (+700)
- Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode (+950)
- Heavy Machinery (+950)
- The O.C. (+1200)
- Curt Hawkins & Zack Ryder (+3300)
- Lucha House Party (+4000)
- The B Team (+4000)
Eight of WWE's 'elite tag teams' will battle it out in a tournament to decide who the best in the world is. This is the same format the WWE used with their singles tournament that saw Shane McMahon win.
Right off the bat, you can eliminate Hawkins & Ryder, The B Team, and Lucha House Party. These three tag teams are nothing more than cannon fodder for this match. From there, The O.C. will be the next team to get eliminated.
Despite re-signing with the WWE a few months ago and receiving an initial push, The O.C. has once again fallen back down to the glorified jobber status. They're like the Young Stallions of the late-80's. A talented duo that really is the best tag team in this match, but the WWE is clueless when it comes to giving them a sustained title run.
As entertaining as Heavy Machinery is, they're not going to win this match. Ultimately, Otis is going to get that solo run and become a bigger star. Right now, this team is comic relief with the occasional big fight result.
Like The O.C., The Revival is a legit tag team with credentials that deserve to be called the best in the world. Unfortunately, they're never going to be treated as such especially when their long term future with the company is tumultuous at best. Wearing the SmackDown titles is nothing more than a prop to get over another team when the time comes.
This match comes down to three teams: The New Day, Roode & Ziggler, and The Viking Raiders. If we're talking just about the WWE then The New Day is hands down their best tag team outside of The Usos. They've received the most attention, pushes and TV time out of any of these teams.
With that said, The New Day is too obvious of a choice. The Viking Raiders makes more sense due to the team being the RAW champions. However, I believe the winners should be Ziggler and Roode. If the WWE wants to keep them as a tag team then having them win this tournament would be ideal.
The smart play is wagering on The Viking Raiders, but I would throw a small flier on Ziggler & Roode as they do have a nice +950 payout.

Which brand will win this tag team turmoil match?
- RAW (+140)
- SmackDown (-200)
In this match, RAW has just three teams: Viking Raiders, Hawkins & Ryder, and The O.C. The rest of the teams are all on SmackDown. So, at a two-to-one ratio, SmackDown makes the most sense to have the winning team, which is why they're the favorite in this prop bet.
However, I believe The Viking Raiders are going to win this match. They've been getting the biggest push out of all the tag teams. The +140 payout for RAW to win this tag team turmoil match is a nice return on investment.
Group betting: which group of teams will win?
- Either tag team champs (+175)
- Non-tag team champs (-250)
The current tag team champs are The Viking Raiders (RAW) and The Revival (SmackDown). Based on what I've stated above, I'm picking The Viking Raiders to win this match. So, take the betting option with the tag champs winning at +175 odds.
Universal Championship – Falls Count Anywhere Match
- (c)Seth Rollins (-200)
- Bray Wyatt (+140)
This match is the embodiment of everything that is wrong with the WWE. They completely dropped the ball at the Hell in a Cell PPV after having Rollins retain the title. It was one of the worst PPV finishes I've ever seen with the WWE. Both the fans and the ratings have been ugly since then due to Rollins keeping the belt.
Now, the WWE wants fans to care about this feud and match once again. Unfortunately, I do not. And, I've seen many in the WWE Universe feel the same way.
There's only one outcome that will prevent further backlash and that's having The Fiend win this match and the belt. Unfortunately, you can't trust the WWE to make it happen. In fact, I doubt they will change the title at this event. If anything, a title change at Survivor Series makes more sense since it's one of the 'big four' Network (PPV) events.
This match can't end any worse than before. And fans can't expect Bray Wyatt to win especially after what WWE did at Hell in a Cell. With low expectations, I don't see as big of an outcry after Rollins wins. However, Seth's victory will continue to contribute to TV programming falling in the ratings.
Wrestler vs Boxer
- Braun Strowman (+350)
- Tyson Fury (-625)
I really am curious to see how this match plays out. Tyson Fury's foray from boxing into wrestling has been intriguing to me. He's looked good at times and has looked like a rookie at times. Ultimately, he's an entertainer, athlete and showman, so I expect him to put on a great performance.
Fury has been training hard for this match despite all of the concerns that he could get hurt and delay his massive payday in a rematch against Deontay Wilder next year. Nevertheless, Fury isn't worried about it and has done a great job at promoting this event.
I don't see Strowman losing in a squash match. If anything, I believe he will get his shots in and look good before Fury comes back and wins. I just hope the WWE doesn't try to insult our intelligence with the booking of this match.
Fury is a world champ in boxing, but he's not in pro wrestling. He can't come in and dominate this match. He needs to earn that big WWE paycheck by making Strowman look good before landing some massive punches to end the contest.
In the end, there's no way that Tyson Fury is losing this match. The safest outcome is having it be a no contest or double DQ as it protects both men. More than likely, Fury wins by pinfall and then taunts Deontay Wilder after his victory. All hail 'The Gypsy King.'
It's 2019 and @Tyson_Fury is getting ready for his WWE debut…

Which man will get the first 'near fall' pin attempt?
- Braun Stroman (-200)
- Tyson Fury (+125)
This is an interesting prop bet. Odds are that the WWE will have Strowman take control of this match and beat up on Fury before he makes his big comeback. With that said, I believe that Strowman gets the first near fall pin attempt due to his early domination in this match.

WWE Championship Match
- (c)Brock Lesnar (-166)
- Cain Velasquez (+120)
Will the WWE actually have Brock Lesnar lose the belt to Cain Velasquez in his first WWE match? The wrestling giant has done more ridiculous things than this. Just go back to the Attitude Era and look at some of the nonsense like giving birth to a hand.
With that said, I have a hard time believing that the WWE would take the belt off of Lesnar so soon especially since FOX TV really wanted Brock on SmackDown. He's a name that the TV network wants to help boost SmackDown ratings.
Explain betting odds ratio ncaa basketball. With American odds, the number represented is how much you have to bet to win $100. If the number is preceded with a '+' sign, then you would risk less than $100 to win a wager worth $100. And, the opposite is true when the number is preceded with a '-' where the bettor would have to risk more than $100 just to win $100 of the wager. Odds Ratio (OR) is a measure of association between exposure and an outcome. The OR represents the odds that an outcome will occur given a particular exposure, compared to the odds of the outcome occurring in the absence of that exposure. Important points about Odds ratio: Calculated in case-control studies as the incidence of outcome is not known.
I don't see a clear winner in this match. If anything, the WWE will muddy the waters by having a double DQ or maybe even Rey Mysterio interfering somehow. As for the in-ring action, I expect some amateur wrestling and physical striking to help sell this encounter.
Look for a quasi-MMA match where Lesnar and Velasquez reacquaint each other with some stiff shots and suplexes.
I believe Lesnar will keep the belt, but it won't be due to a clean finish. More than likely, the outcome of this match is determined by some sort of shenanigans.
Method of Decision:
- Pinfall (+100)
- Submission (+500)
- Any other method (-200)
It would be really interesting to see this match end via submission due to each man's background in MMA. However, as stated above, I believe there will be shenanigans and that means an outcome via 'any other method.' A disqualification or count out would be my guess for the end result.
Lesnar will leave Saudi Arabia with the belt, but this feud is far from over.
How many suplexes will Lesnar execute?
- 4 or less (-200)
- 5 or more (+134)
This is an interesting prop bet because it's unclear as to how much punishment Velasquez is going to receive in this fight. Furthermore, will the WWE actually have a 'pro wrestling' match or will they try to make it an MMA or amateur style wrestling match.
If they go with the MMA/amateur style then there will be less suplexes. I think this will be the direction they try to head. Velasquez is one of the first wrestlers where fans believe Lesnar can legitimately lose to. However, I don't see it happening at Crown Jewel. And I don't see Cain going to suplex city.
How many F5's will Lesnar deliver?
- None (-200)
- Just one F5 (+125)
- Two or more (+300)
Wwe Crown Jewel Betting Odds
When was the last time Lesnar fought and he didn't give his opponent an F5? I can't recall a match. So, I don't see this match not having one either. If guys like Seth Rollins can kick out of an F5 then so can Cain Velasquez. The safe bet is just one F5, but the value is with two or more at +300 odds.

Final Thoughts on WWE Crown Jewel
WWE Crown Jewel has the potential to be a landmark moment with the wrestling company. It could be the moment where The Fiend wins the title, Tyson Fury proves boxing is superior to pro wrestling, and Cain Velasquez upsets Brock Lesnar. All three of these results could bring a lot of buzz back to the WWE.
Unfortunately, other than Fury winning, I don't see the WWE having Rollins and Lesnar lose their world titles. Almost every show held in Saudi Arabia since last year has been disappointing in one way or the other. And, that doesn't even include the fact that the WWE shouldn't even be there in the first place.
